If you've tried to update your Ringly, but the update failed, not to worry! There are a few more steps to finish the update and make sure your Ringly is at its best.
Make sure your Ringly is in the charger, and the charger is plugged into a reliable power source. Make sure you keep your phone as close as possible to your Ringly.
Press the "+" in the upper right hand corner of the Connect screen and your Ringly app should automatically connect and finish the update.
If the update fails again:
- Turn off your iPhone Bluetooth settings, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Force close the app by double tapping on the home screen and swiping up. Once your app is closed, reopen and try again.
- If your Ringly is still unable to update, try disconnecting from any other Bluetooth devices temporarily. Once you've disconnected from other devices, go ahead and try again.
