Your bracelet comes with a custom USB charger! Plug it into a USB outlet to start charging. A red pulsing light will shine from the side of your bracelet while it’s charging. If it is fully charged, it will pulse one green light when placed in the charger. If you aren't sure, take it off the charger for a second, then place it back on to see what color appears.
If you don't think your Ringly GO is charging correctly, try these tips:
- Under your Ringly GO bracelet are two "charge pins" that need to make contact with the USB cable in order to charge the bracelet. Are those charge pins making contact? Please try cleaning them with a little bit of rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth or q-tip, in case anything such as hand lotion got on them.
- Double check that the two pins on the charger are still springy. If you press down on them with your finger, they should push in and out easily.
- Is your charger cable stiff or even still coiled up? The charger is shipped coiled up in the packaging, but keeping it coiled could be making it harder to charge. The charger cable works best when it's straightened out, so we recommend bending the cable back and forth a bit in your hands to work out the coils and to ensure better alignment with your Ringly GO bracelet while charging.
- When you charge your Ringly GO, make sure that the charging cable is in line with the bracelet. The charging cable shouldn't be twisted or tweaked to the side. It should naturally drape towards the same side of the bracelet as the LED light. We've found that it's easier to charge the bracelet when it's face down.
