Please ensure your Ringly is in the charger or connected to a charger, and properly charging.
- If your Ringly is charging, it will either show a green light when placed in the charger, or flash a red light every 5 seconds.
- In your phone Settings, turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn Bluetooth on. If you see your Ringly under Other Devices, in Bluetooth, tap on it and Pair.
- Once you're paired in Bluetooth, return to the RINGLY app, and tap Connect.
If your Ringly is connected, but is flashing multi-colored lights, please try these troubleshooting tips.
