- Make sure the ring isn't connected to another phone. If it is, you can disconnect in Bluetooth settings on the other device, or turn off bluetooth on those devices, or power them off completely.
- Turn Bluetooth off on your phone, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and check if a Ringly now appears in Bluetooth.
- Restart your Ringly by lifting it out of the charger momentarily, and then placing it back in the charger.
- Restart your phone.
