If your app isn't properly syncing, please force close the Ringly App by double tapping the home button and swiping up on the Ringly App, then reopening it and trying again.
If your steps don't update, please double check your connection status by tapping the ring & battery icon on the upper-left corner of your Ringly ACTIVITY screen. To sync your steps, you should be connected to your Ringly App, as well as Apple Health.
If you recently upgraded your OS, settings could have been changed by accident. Please go to:
- iPhone Settings > Privacy > Health > Ringly and ensure that READ DATA and WRITE DATA permissions are both enabled.
- In your Health App, go to Sources (at the bottom) > Ringly > and Turn All Categories ON.
- If these are already enabled, turn permissions off for a second, then back on.
If you're still having trouble, restart your Ringly by placing it on the charger momentarily.
