Your Ringly should charge fully in about 4 hours. If it’s been 4 hours and still flashing red (and not green), it may still be in “factory mode”. Here are some steps you can follow that will help fix the issue:
- First, please ensure your Ringly is properly connected in the app.
- Go to Ringly > Settings and confirm whether your Connection Taps are enabled or disabled. Toggle back and forth between them, but make sure the setting you end on is the same one you started on.
If you're enabling Connection Taps, take the Ringly off the charger, and give it a firm double tap on the gemstone. Does your Ringly light up? If so, your settings have been saved correctly.
If you're disabling Connection Taps, take the Ringly off the charger and give it a firm double tap on the gemstone. Does your Ringly light up? If not, the settings were saved correctly.
This pro tip trick of changing your Connection Taps should do the trick, and help you to fully charge your Ringly moving forward. Once your Ringly fully charged, it will flash green once and stop. If you're not sure whether it’s charged, you can take it out of the box and drop it back in to see it flash.
