If you're using a new iPhone, and still have your old phone on-hand, please make sure to disconnect from the first phone's Bluetooth Settings and check these tips.
If you no longer have the old phone, not to worry. Please place your Ringly in/on its charger, and open your iPhone's Bluetooth Settings. Toggle Bluetooth off for 10 seconds, then back on.
If this is your first time connecting to a brand new iPhone, your Ringly may appear under a different name until paired in your Bluetooth Settings. If you bring your Ringly into a room away from other Bluetooth devices, and tap the name listed in Bluetooth to pair it, the Ringly should rename itself and connect normally going forward.

If you still do not see your Ringly in the list of Bluetooth devices, try resetting your iPhone’s network settings. Please note that doing this will clear any WiFi networks and website passwords your iPhone has saved. If you Reset Network Settings, you’ll need to set those logins up again afterwards.
- iPhone Settings > General.
- Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Enter your iPhone passcode and tap OK to confirm.
