If you're using a new iPhone, and still have your old phone on-hand, please make sure to disconnect from the first phone's Bluetooth Settings and check these tips.
If you no longer have the old phone, not to worry.
Please place your Ringly in/on its charger, and open your iPhone's Bluetooth Settings. Toggle Bluetooth off for 10 seconds, then back on.
If you still do not see your Ringly in the list of Bluetooth devices, you can try resetting your iPhone’s network settings, but please note that doing so will clear any WiFi networks and website passwords your iPhone has saved. If you Reset Network Settings, you’ll need to set those logins up again afterwards.
- iPhone Settings > General.
- Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Enter your iPhone passcode and tap OK to confirm.
You can also reach out to Apple directly at getsupport.apple.com for help with your Network Settings.
